L&D Strategy & Program Management

I collaborate with People leaders to assess organizational learning needs and develop L&D strategies that address performance gaps. My focus is on supporting leaders and their teams. With experience in both small and large companies, I know how to seamlessly integrate as a resource, becoming a true part of your organization.

Facilitation and Workshops

I design custom workshops tailored to your needs, helping leaders better support their teams and enhancing team collaboration. I also offer a range of standard leadership development workshops and can assist with facilitating your internal content if you need additional support for your programs.

Coaching

I provide 1:1 coaching for leaders, facilitate small team offsites, and join team meetings to drive alignment and improve operations and performance.
