Hello, I'm Neda, a Bay Area-based certified professional coach and L&D strategist.
My Mission
Self-development has been a lifelong passion of mine and I love to facilitate growth and transformation.
In my L&D consulting work, I care about creating productive and inclusive work environments where employees can bring their best selves to work, collaborate effectively with peers and leaders, and push the boundaries for their business. My favorite audience to support are people managers and teams because often times there’s a lot of opportunity there to unlock. Managers need skill and confidence building to learn how to have meaningful conversations with their team members to drive strong performance and collaboration towards aligned goals.
As a learning designer, coach, and facilitator, I partner with organizations to address learning gaps and create opportunities for development in order to support organizational health.
As a coach I want to create an environment where my clients can feel safe being vulnerable with themselves so they can explore who they are, what they need, and find the strength they have to go after new possibilities.

Every company is a little bit different in where they are on their people development journey and what type of support they might need. Having worked in-house at companies, I understand how to partner with teams and leaders and integrate as a resource that feels like part of your company.

Companies with in-house L&D and in need of extra womanpower to develop programs and/or training to keep up with employee’s learning needs, or an instructional designer to help develop training.
Experience
Snap | Learning and Development Manager (contract)
Owning the refinement and delivery of a Sr. Manager program for high impact leaders. Additionally consulting on an ERG Mentorship/Sponsorship pilot, a Director program, and the manager to leader development journey at Snap.
Everlane | Learning and Development Manager
Built the foundation for the Learning and Development function at Everlane focusing on leadership, team and employee development. Worked on various initiatives supporting: executive team development, team interventions, leadership development, Retail competencies, HR resources, DEI training, goal-setting, and more.
Uber | Senior People Development Associate
Product Manager on the Leadership and Management team within People Development. I owned the creation and delivery of scalable L&D offerings for managers globally. Designed and managed leadership and development programs for leaders of all levels – including executives.
General Assembly | Career Coach Manager
Managed the Coaching team, + end-to-end program management for career coaching program across all full-time courses. Delivered in-class trainings to over 30 cohorts and have coached over 500 adult learners in 1:1 settings.
